Holland’s Heemparks – Nature in the Community

A heempark is a park where native plant species are used to create a naturalistic environment, for the benefit of communities and nature. Keenan Porter is a young American Landscape Architect who is passionate about them. Here he talks to Noel about his research into them and his working experience in them; with a focus on the parks of Amstelveen, a suburb of Amsterdam.
