Dan Hinkley - talking with the legendary plantsman
Dan Hinkley is one of our most knowledgeable, experienced, well-travelled, but also very modest plantspeople. His experience with his Heronswood Nursery near Seattle was a roller-coaster ride. We take him through the ups and downs in our illustrated interview, talking to him about Martha Stewart, the S´Klallam tribe, the Wynne-Jones, and much else.
Actually this just has to be one of the great garden stories of our time (with a wonderful ending!)
