Julie Weiss, from Vanity Fair to Great Dixter

Julie used to be the designer at one of New York’s most prestigious magazines. Then she got into gardening, ending up spending a year at Great Dixter. She’s maintained her links with the garden and now sits on the board of the garden’s US supporters’ organisation.

Here she tells her story, her life at Great Dixter and how she intends to help support this most special of gardens.
